These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of drinkcommencement.com and related pages (the "Site"), operated by Urban Argyle Enterprises under the Commencement brand ("Commencement," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
This Site is intended solely for adults of legal drinking age (21 years or older in the United States). By using the Site you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your place of residence. Do not share our content with anyone under the legal drinking age.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or harvesting data, submitting false information through our forms, interfering with the Site's operation, or using bots or automated tools to gain an advantage in any product release.
The Commencement® name, wordmark, argyle motif, label designs, photography, video, and all other content on the Site are owned by Urban Argyle Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
