Tasting Notes
Rich stone fruit, ripe apricot and warm peach skin, over toasted oak and a thread of brown sugar. It smells like an orchard in late August.
Caramel turtle truffle: soft caramel, toasted pecan, and dark chocolate riding the rye spice. Full and round at 114, with the fruit sitting right on top.
Whole-grain donut, a warm, toasted sweetness that lingers long after the fruit fades. Slow to leave. Easy to pour again.
