• 1.5 ozCommencement Maple Edition Bourbon
• 2 ozBlood Orange JuiceFresh if possible
• ¼ ozMaple Syrup
• 2–3 ozSparkling Water or Club SodaTo top

Method

1. 01Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. 02Add the bourbon, blood orange juice, and maple syrup. Stir briefly to combine.
3. 03Top with sparkling water and give one gentle final stir.
4. 04Garnish with a blood orange wheel inside the glass or on the rim.
